member areas How to add a 7 day free trial on my membership area

hey hive mind, 

Has anyone had any success on how to offer a free trial onto a members area? i'm trying to find a way to offer customers a free 7 day trial, that will automatically start a billing cycle if not cancelled. 

If anyone has any ideas that'd be much appreciated 🙂 

I would love this feature too. Unfortunately the only solution I have found is to setup a separate member's area for a Free Trial with limited content. It is tedious because content has to be duplicated and it isn't ideal as the current Free Trial option does not require a credit card. I'm hoping this will be a feature that gets added. Or perhaps a promo code that can be used to delay billing for a specified amount of days.

Thanks. Yes I am aware of this however for a monthly or yearly subscription that would be a full free month or year. Usually much too long of a timeframe for a free trial.
