How to increase space between Primary & Secondary Nav in Wells 7.0 Sidebar

I need to increase the space between the primary and secondary navigation in the Wells sidebar.

I'd also like to have this break show in the mobile nav (maybe with just a line showing up between the two categories?).

Hi did you find a way to do this? I'd like to add more space before my secondary navigation in wells also
