Transparent footer and change navigation color

Hi! 

I would like to make some changes to my home page. First of all - Is it possible to make the navigation text white only on the homepage? 

Second - is there any way I can make the footer transparent (only on home page), so that the banner video is behind the footer text? 

Would be very nice if these changes also will apply to mobile and tablet view.
