Add an Arrow to text box on page

Please can someone advise an arrow code for this page - https://www.ptmy-morpeth.co.uk/

I want customers to be able to click an arrow either attached to the small line under restaurant or underneath it?

You mean add an arrow under The Restaurant text >> Click arrow >> It will scroll down to next section?
