"read more/read less" button on one of my sections bleeds into section below

Hello,

I have tried using code to create a "read more/read less" button on one of my sections. This has worked, but the text bleeds into the next section instead of expanding the background of the section its on to accommodate the text.  Help please!

Thanks for the response.  I have put it up on my site now  https://ryanheflin.com/#bio .  I've tried many different codes as well as squarespace's accordian block and always the texts bleeds into the section below.  This current code I'm using is from https://www.ghostplugins.com/steps/5rs93mfo

I've tried it, but it still bleeds down into the next section (see photo) is there more code you know of to remedy this?  (I am using parallax on btw) Thanks again for your help!
