Input Needed: Round Robin Scheduling for Inbound Sales Link

Concerning acuity scheduling. I am looking to do a round robin scheduling process with an inbound link for our 2 person sales team. In short, 1 appointment type with 2 sales people. When a booking is selected I would like the appointment to go to salesperson 1, then 2, then 1 repeadedly until both calendars are booked. Currently the "pool avaiability" option assignes to the rep with the least number of total appointmets on their calendar including all outlook appointments. Since sales rep 1 has more personal meetings on his outlook calendar he does not get any inbound leads until sales rep 2 has caught up in number of all outlook appointments. Is there a way to work around this and create a true round robin system within acuity scheduling? 

I'm struggling with this same problem. Id like 1 appointment type to be divided between a few different sales people- and have all of those appointments delegated by cycling though them evenly . Did you find a solution?
