Overlapping text and Photo

Hi all,

I'm having trouble getting the "Name & Name" to extend across the photo like it does in an "overlap" photo block. I would prefer not to use an overlap block because I also want the image on the right to float between the two sections ... which has been a whole different struggle.

Also, if anyone has any insight on how to decrease the spacing in the wording in the mobile view that would be a HUGE help.

 I think I've figured some of it out but i'm having issues with my little detail sticky images (floating between two pages) once I switch to mobile
