How to make products collections per type

evening all and I hope everyone is doing well and healthy

I migrated from Shopify where you can create a product collection where you can separate products by type, manufacturer etc. This also helps with writing proper descriptions for these collection which in turn provides a huge value for SEO.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciate.

Squarespace allows you to add product Categories as well as Tags. You can do this by editing the product, scrolling down to the "Organization" section and adding the relevant data.

Once you do that, you can link to separate categories by using the slug in the following format: "/store-name/category-name". I'm pretty certain categories are automatically separated by a hyphen.
