Remove background image from Homepage on mobilephone

Hey guys, i have some problem removing the picture background image picture from my mobile preview... I have tried almost every code. But i can't find the block id on the picture... 

Please help!

No, I want a picture to be there on computer instead of that ''art''

You want on mobile, it show "art", on desktop, show another static image?
