My Website has gone down!

Hi there...

Randomly today, the content on my website disappeared.

I had a single page website, with a full size image and a couple of buttons which linked to external pages and a footer with some basic text blocks and social links.  I set this website up a few weeks ago and it was all working fine.  However today, the content has disappeared and I also cannot edit the site.

When I log in to the website and click on the 'edit' button, nothing happens. I've tried this on Mac (Safari and Chrome) and also my iPad (Safari) and get the same response.

I haven't changed anything since the website went live - I haven't even logged into SS.  It's very frustrating and I'd love some help if anyone knows what's wrong.

Attached is a screen shot of what I see.

I've got 2 other SS websites and these are working fine.  I also setup a new website as a test and this worked fine too ☹️

The forum community would love to help but we are unable to resolve technical issues with the platform.

When Squarespace isn't working as expected it is best to check for system-wide issues at status.squarespace.com and then get straight in touch with Squarespace Customer Care. You can contact them using this link.
