Scheduling tool - How to remove the header in client's confirmation emails

I have the paid version of Acuity scheduling tool and it lets me customize the look of the emails that clients receive when they book an appointment.  What I have created starts at the logo and below it and I'm happy with the results.  However, there is always an awkward and poorly designed header that shows up above.   Would anyone know how to remove it (circled in red).  Thanks!

I know it's been over 2 years but wondering if a solution was ever found as I'm running into the same problem
