CSS Table Of Contents Sticky On Posts

Hello,

I'm trying to get the same styled sticky table of contents that appear on my pages to have the same functionality on posts. I can't seem to figure out why I'm not getting the same result when I use the target ID.

2 above links is the same and sticky table works properly. Have you figured it out? Do you still need help?

Add this CSS
