Customers can usually select other shipping options, but if they haven't used Apple Pay online before, they may not notice the different shipping options because they are not obvious - to say the least. The first "shipping" option will be auto-selected if the customer does not choose one of the other shipping options BEFORE they authenticate. The problem that we see is that when customers see the request for their fingerprint or face ID they typically rush to authenticate - concerned that it will timeout. And they completely miss the shipping options that are available. To be fair, this isn't a Squarespace issue - it's a design that Apple enforces (they have UI rules) so there's very little you can do about it. Did this help?
