Thanks @bangank36 but I definitely don't want the logo smaller ~ actually I wanted the logo bigger and I just added CSS for that.

I think another option might be making the size of the background container smaller ~ can you help with that? It got bigger when my logo got bigger, which I didn't want and made my tagline issue worse. If the height of the background image were less, then I think that would solve the tagline issue.
