Hover image effects Help :)

Could anyone advise me on the CSS code to get this effect on my thumbnail images on my home page please?

Crop and Zoom? but the container stays consistent.

It will will effect a thumbnail gallery on the main page, each thumbnail will go to that project.

If you can't share url, can you provide these info?

• Do you use Squarespace 7.0 or 7.1?
• If 7.0, which template?
• Which block you will use? Image Block, Gallery Block, Summary Block, Code Block..?
• If Summary, you will use Design: Grid, Wall,.. or?
• If Gallery Block you will use design: Carousel, Grid, Slideshow or..?
