Option to include credit card fee as part of payment

Is it possible to include a button that would give our customers the option to pay the credit card processing fee as part of their payment? This would need to be calculated based on the amount that they spend and appear as a separate button when they are checking out.

For example we accept donations, if someone were to donate $1000 is there a way to set it up so that they can also pay the credit card service fee. Some of our donors would be willing to pay the 3% fee if there was a button that appeared giving them the option. 

In this scenario If they did not select the button their payment would come through as is and we would pay the service fee on our end.

Additionally how much gross sales would be necessary to make upgrading service levels a better option versus the business plan. (cost of upgrading= less than the service fees)

Paul, which dedicated giving site is simple to integrate with Squarespace? Can you recommend one? My client would like to give donors the option to cover the 3% fee they are incurring.
