How to add a border around the image of a card image block

Hi I want to customise my image cards individually (they will be on different background colours across the website) I want to add a border around the image of a card.

I have tried - 

#blockid

{

border: solid 3px #COLOR;

}

Which adds a boarder only around 3 sides 

I have tried a few other things but nothing works other than getting a boarder round the text with 

//Experience Text
#discover-italy-with-luxama-travel
 .sqs-block-image .image-card-wrapper {
   border: 10px solid #B7CBD6!important;
}

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

Ah that is my cover page. The images are on the home page I am working on in the background. How can I link you to that?

Change your code to

div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1642110343813_2971 .content-fit {
    border: 20px solid #bbced8;
}
