Need help with Commerce API Webhook set up for Integromat

I am trying to set up a Squarespace Commerce API Webhook to work with Integromat so I can subscribe to the Orders API. I've researched the documentation here, but I am not a developer and not super clear on where or how to set up the webhook subscription. Do I need to be in Developer Mode to do this? Is there a tutorial you can point me to?
