Changing text colour of individual words in collage text or text blocks

I would like to change the text colour of individual words of a collage block to make them stand out - something like the attached image. I have no experience of coding - is this achievable or should I give up?!

If you aren't already using 'bold' formatting in your Image Block text then you can format these words in bold (using the text toolbar) and then add some CSS to Design > Custom CSS that adds a colour to the bold text. For example:

.sqs-block-image .image-block-outer-wrapper.image-block-v2 .image-subtitle p strong {
  color: #CE924E;
}
