jaypea
Greetings, Here's the situation. I have a very simple form in development for a travel agency. I have a dropdown box with about six different choices for different agents, and based on what the user selects from this dropdown, I would like to have the form submit to their particular email address with the SUBMIT button. Anybody have any experience with that? Thanks! bradley_fly 1 Link to comment
Solution paul2009 Posted January 13, 2022 Solution Share Posted January 13, 2022 (edited) Squarespace forms don't have this feature. One simple workaround is to duplicate the form - one per email address - and then direct users to the right form depending on the link they click. You use code to create a dropdown that selectively hides and shows forms on the same page, depending on the option selected. This will require a Business Plan (or above) and some custom JavaScript to be written. There are a number of third party forms providers like Typeform, Jotform and others.
