Greetings,

Here's the situation.  I have a very simple form in development for a travel agency.  I have a dropdown box with about six different choices for different agents, and based on what the user selects from this dropdown, I would like to have the form submit to their particular email address with the SUBMIT button.  Anybody have any experience with that?

Squarespace forms don't have this feature. One simple workaround is to duplicate the form - one per email address - and then direct users to the right form depending on the link they click.

Squarespace forms don't have this feature.

  • One simple workaround is to duplicate the form - one per email address - and then direct users to the right form depending on the link they click.
  • You use code to create a dropdown that selectively hides and shows forms on the same page, depending on the option selected. This will require a Business Plan (or above) and some custom JavaScript to be written.
  • There are a number of third party forms providers like Typeform, Jotform and others.
