White Space above and below header video on site's mobile view

Hello everyone. how do I remove the white space above and below the header (code element) video on my sites? Works fine on my home page https://www.thedigitalteamohio.com but doesn't https://www.thedigitalteamohio.com/weddingvideography or here https://www.thedigitalteamohio.com/commercialvideo. Thank you all

And what about the text that doesn't go down a line? I don't want any "-" !!! Thanks

There is too much whitespace above the video, on mobile version, on home page, can you help please?

Also, there is code showing where the announcement bar is on desktop and mobile, just before the page loads. Do you have any idea how I can make that invisible please?... Thank you!
