Plain text in drop-down menu

I would like to add plain text to my drop-down menu. I own a travel blog, and my main menu item is called "Destinations," then I would like below example as the drop-down menu, but the countries being Categories of blog posts. Is this possible?

Asia

Singapore

Europe

France

Italy

Netherlands

Have you tried using folder  for main navigator and add link for the sub-navigator. On the sub-nav you can choose the page with categories of blog post

Thank you for your reply! But yes, I tried. Squarespace won't let me use a folder (e.g. "Asia") within a folder ("Destinations").
