Is it possible to add feature where people can like and comment on pictures?

Hi,

I haven’t seen this spoken about much yet but is it possible to add a feature whereby site visitors can like and comment on individual photos?

If so, how do i go about implementing this?

I saw that but it seems to only apply to blogs. I would like the feature on gallery photos
