Customizing the Font on Shopping Cart Page

I want to change the circled fonts to my custom font named GOTHAM-LIGHT

I tied a bunch of different custom css codes but couldn't get anything to work at all.

You can try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

#cart * {
  font-family: 'GOTHAM-LIGHT';
}
