Nav Scroll and Adjust Image Size

Don't like how the site logo overlaps the content as I scroll down the page. I'd like to either lock it at the top or set it so it doesn't have a transparent background. Can't find anything about the nav scroll in the settings. Am I missing something?

Try adding to Design > Custom CSS
