How To Add Custom Code to Header Site

hi, I'm a new user 🙂  who want to find a way to add custom code to header

can anyone  tell me how to do it ?

I find embed and code function in add block
but don't know how to do this work in header Edit

I think there can be one way that we use the code block in footer then use Css to fixed the element in the header or js code to append to current elements.

What 's kind of the code you want to implement in header?
