align/bump video to top of block - remove top padding

Hello-

After so much tweaking for the life of me I am unable to remove the space between my nav menu and my video block. I want to specifically bump up the video block - it is widescreen and is automatically centered on the block. Is there a way to align the video to the top of the block?

Try adding this to Design > Custom CSS
