Help repositioning a title/h2 position

Hello there! I’m looking for some help in positioning an h2 title in 7.1. I’m trying to move my h2 tags up by ~150 pixels so it’s flush or slightly overlapping the top of the content container (example image attached). I’m hoping I can do this with some CSS positioning, but I’m not skilled enough to code it from scratch.

hey! i'm also working on this site and he means the heading. if you look at the attached screenshot, you can see how the design has that header pushed up to the top of the content section.

The heading (using the h2 tag).
