Reduce padding/ space between buttons

I'm trying to find a way to either a) reducing the space between each button or b) use hyperlinks to create these buttons instead.

Is it the result you want to achieve?

Try in Home > Design > Custom Css

Did you use a plugin to find the block id? I'm curious because I'd like to reduce the padding for other blocks in the future.
