How to integrate Squarespace with QuickBooks Desktop

Hi.

I have been working now a 2 days to find a solution to our business problem which is how to integrate our Squarespace website to QuickBooks DESKTOP version. Yes I know there is an "extensions" page which has Quickbooks but we do not have the Online version, but Desktop one.

I've done a lot of googling and sadly many places do offer integration services like Zapier and Synder but again its only for QBO. On the other hand when I find Quickbooks Desktop Integration offering website they don't work with Squarespace.

It's looking like we have to do something dramatic and change our QuickBooks service in order to make this work. But on the other hand I have read that, QBO is for very small companies whereas QBD is for more professional activity (true?) and this possible change makes me scared that we're going to mess up our system which works at the moment. 

Any clues, anyone? Appreciate any help.

Indeed, there are fewer options for connecting to QuickBooks Desktop; but they are out there.
