Add Paypal fee at checkout

Hello everyone

I wanted to add Paypal to my payment method, but I wanted to add a fee of the 3,4% on every order if Paypal is selected as payment option ( 3,4% since is what Paypal is gonna charge us for the transaction ). Is there a way to do this just when Paypal is selected?

Has there been any changes to this, we want to add a Paypal fee at checkout, which is legal in Australia, otherwise we'll have to remove paypal from out payment methods, it's too expensive
