How to disable pause on hover AND pause during scroll for a slideshow gallery in my index header?

So I found code that would allow me to disable the pause on hover feature for a slideshow gallery in my index, which is great! However, the gallery still pauses during scrolling, which I think throws off the flow of it since you can still see the gallery as you scroll away from it, or down to it. Is there any code that would disable the pause on hover and the pause during scrolling, so that the gallery is just in autoplay mode 100% of the time, no matter what the user is doing on the website?

Maybe someone out there knows how to add / tweak it to also disable the pause during scroll?
