Coding help! Dividers on drop down box / circular images on top block

Hello,

I've done some research on the coding for circular images and dividers on drop down box but they haven't seem to work and I'm not a coding expert / website expert- any advice?

but when I try to identify the blocks, I only get the blocks in the Header or Footer, or the whole collection. Would this be a template issue?

When I apply the codes mentioned here, they don't seem to work either so i'm wondering is it because i've formatted my website's headers on individual pages rather than a page with sub pages? 

Any help would be great!

Have you try adding the folder and move the sub-pages to this folder?

@Ecold Can you add some dropdown items? We don't see any items
