Tracking payments for different yoga teachers - scheduling, stripe

Hello and thanks in advance for any help... 

Our yoga studio offers classes to students who currently book on scheduling. We have 2 teachers who each get paid 100% of their respective class earnings. The "reports"- "revenue" figures are not correct, so I rely on manually adding up figures from stripe data which takes too long, and gets quite confusing especially when we add another teacher. 

ideally I need solutions for the following:

- easily finding balances for each teacher

- creating a voucher/coupon that can be used amongst different teachers

Would setting up products in the commerce section be the way to go?
