The request reviews toggle for Product Reviews keeps switching off

Every time I select the option to request product reviews, it switches back to off within a few days. This is frustrating as we are keen to get some product reviews on our site and don't have any Etsy reviews to import.

Is there also a way to send a review request to past customers? 

I have been experiencing the exact same thing! Please if anybody can help that would be great!

@FGask @PaulJR @paul2009 We've release a bug fix for the "Request reviews" toggle. This issue should be resolved but feel free to reach out if you continue to experience a problem with the toggle!

Sorry but this is still not working for me.
Everytime I try to turn on, the page refreshes and its off again.

Every time that I click the Request Reviews button on the Product Review page, the page refreshes and the button is turned back off. Am I missing something that needs to be enabled before I get to this point or is this bug resurfacing again?

I'm not aware of any current issues. Please contact Squarespace Customer Care to report this issue and let us know how you get on.

I submitted a ticket and then tried editing it from my phone and it worked. So it works from the mobile version of the site but not the desktop version. Might be an option for others if it breaks for them.

I am having this problem, too, 3 years after the first complaints. I am on Commerce Basic so it should work. I will submit  a ticket.

Is there any solve to this? My site is also having this problem as noted by Humandecoy.
