Can't change header links or use a background image for it

I'm getting really tired of using this platform.  Half of the features barely work.

Something as simple as adding or changing links in the header is a migraine-inducing process.

Why won't it work?  It just gives me "Edit Header" and a bunch of BS for changing colors or adding a logo.  Nothing to actually add links or add a background image.

This is starting to get really infuriating.  The help topics got me no where.

got to Pages then click the + that's to the right of the MAIN NAVIGATION text. you can then add pages, collections, a folder, or a link.
