I've emailed a couple of times with questions and I don't get a confirmation email or response. I tried to go on chat but I never get past the chat bot. SS has been timely in the past (and recently as a couple of weeks ago) and usually sends a confirmation email that my message has been received. Anyone else having similar response issues?
