Help! I changed my font and it won't save in Bedford! Will pay for help!! 10 techs from SS can't fix it.

This is what font is showing!  It's not the font I created.. not sure how it got in there!  Help!  Every time I attempt to fix it, nothing works.  SS techs are no help and just say its my browser.  I have Bedford.  Am I going to have to start over?  What is going on?  Never had this problem before.
