Section covering navigation

Hello. For some reason my testimonials section is covering my navigation when I scroll. This is only section that is causing this issue. I've provided a screenshot below. If someone can help me figure out how to fix this I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

You can try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

.Header  {
  z-index: 999;
}
