Google Tag Manager - Ads Calls from Website Conversion

I'm trying to use Google Ads Calls from Website Conversion via Tag Manager to get better information on phone calls coming from my site, but for despite validating the tag is active and firing, my numbers aren't changing.  I've tried matching the display phone number and the number including the country code, but to no avail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
