Spacing between text lines on menu

Hello Forum Friends~

Trying to reduce the space between the Service (H4) and the accompanying Cost (P2) right below it, and increase the space between the Cost (P2) and the next Service (H4). 

Right now, "Full-Head Highlights" and its "180 + up" cost looks okay - and the margin-bottom: 20px code works.

However, I'd like to increase the space between the "180 + up"  and the next Service, the "Brazilian Blowout."  And repeat this on down the menu with a Custom CSS fix. The margin-top: 40px isn't working though.

Here is what I am using now:

 /* RDC SPACE BETWEEN SVC & COST */

div#block-bf60e4543bdf25b3e8a6 h4 {margin-bottom: 20px;}
div#block-bf60e4543bdf25b3e8a6 p2 {margin-top: 40px;}

Any suggestions?  If it's simple, I'll be embarrassed, but I'll be happy... 😄

I would, but the client is not giving me the okay. Tried to explain that it was safe, but no go. 😑

Can you copy to another demo site with the same layout?
