This is a nonprofit and they have a different account for grant donations than they do for other transactions and having all purchases transferred to one checking account will be a nightmare for them. What I would suggest is embed a donations button from PayPal or another service that is linked to one account and have the online store be connected to the other SquareRefresh, premium plugins & templates that have an elevated feel.
