 If you want to go straight to the content from the nav bar then put a link to the post up there and move the actual blog page to your unlinked section. You can create the link just as you would a page. The link would be the same as this:

https://www.youaregreat.co/divine-masculinity/DivineMasculinity  and you can name the link anything.
