Adding a lightbox with text when web visitor clicks on a specific word

Hi there,

I want to add a feature to the above website whereby, if a visitor clicks on a certain word, a lightbox appears and a definition of that word is shown. I've looked at a couple of tutorials but can't seem to figure out how to do this! Can anyone help?

If you need to click word >> show text lightbox, use this plugin.
