Can I please ask your help?

Regarding this page: https://houseofhiatus.squarespace.com/shop, is there a way to standardize the product block image ratio, so images load within a specific ratio? Ie. a 3x4 ratio.

For example:
If my client mistakenly uploads an image that is not 3x4, the image loads within the page at the ratio of the incorrect uploaded image. Can we please override the ratio of what the customer will see on this page?

I believe this may be related to this class:
.sqs-product-block-main-image loaded

Can you please let me know if you have any questions?
