Full Bleed Background Image doesn't resize or "responsive" on Mobile Site

Hi,

I've been playing with CSS code to get the full bleed background image art to fit on the mobile site (see attached). Right now I can't see either subject.  Can anyone help or give insight? Thanks in advance.

This is for a client and the pages aren't published yet.

The site was started by another designer and part of the site is live, so I'm sure about the password.  I'm working on unlinked pages.

This worked for me. Change the section id. 

@media screen and (max-width:767px) {

[data-section-id="618bf2e94d339744daf70557"] {

    min-height: 35vh !important;

}

}
