Acuity Scheduling Not Working?

So my team have been trying to access bookings for our customers this morning in Acuity Scheduling and its simply been saying "Failed to load, please try again" when they click on any of the names??

Anyone else experiencing this or have done in the past? 

Cant really think of any solutions that we could implement must be an issue of the platform side? But their support wont be awake for another 5 hours.

You can view the currently known issues at https://status.acuityscheduling.com/. If something isn't working as expected and hasn't been reported then I recommend you get straight in touch with Squarespace Customer Care. The forum community would love to help but we are unable to resolve technical issues with the platform.

You can reach out to Customer Care using this link and at this time of day they offer a live chat service.

Yeah I have been in touch with them in the last 10 minutes apparently its a site wide issue and their engineers are working on it. No ETA for fix at present. Lets see.
