Guest Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 So my team have been trying to access bookings for our customers this morning in Acuity Scheduling and its simply been saying "Failed to load, please try again" when they click on any of the names?? Anyone else experiencing this or have done in the past? Cant really think of any solutions that we could implement must be an issue of the platform side? But their support wont be awake for another 5 hours. Link to comment

Guest Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 Yeah I have been in touch with them in the last 10 minutes apparently its a site wide issue and their engineers are working on it. No ETA for fix at present. Lets see. Link to comment
