Add a different word for Sold Out to specific items on shop page

Hey,

So on my shop page I would like to include items that arent available for sale, but are still able to be viewed for rental enquiries. How is it possible to do this on the same page with coding for specific pieces? I currently have no idea how to do it and would rather keep them on the same page

I have included an example of my shop page - for example if one of these images had 'available for press' etc or something instead of a price

You should place different tag for these product and give us the name, then we can use the code for that change instead of chaging all SOLD text

Thank you! I have added a tag to the two products I currently want to be in this which are currently hidden, I have named them Archival Collection, is this ok?

for instance products like this i would still like them to show up on the page but with archive written underneath, i have made the price super high so hopefully it doesnt get purchased

I can not find the sold out like you mention?

So those shoes I havent changed to sold out because I want it to display 'Archival Collection' instead of Sold but I will change them now x
