Need to remove space between sections.

Hey there, everyone! 

For starters, this is my website: https://antelope-ruby-mcpc.squarespace.com/

I need to remove the space between these specific sections:

I'm not sure if its the padding I should remove or what. If I modify section height, the top part changes as well. The bottom section is an image and it does not give me the option to modify.

I would like the orange line block to be closer to the "Here's how we do it" section.

Kindly try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

}

  padding-top: 0 !important;
}
