Rotating/appearing text

Trying to just find a good option for displaying images with rotating text.

The text should be in the same place, but change according to the image, like this https://www.wearehmd.com/what/

I have looked at accordions, image hover text and to try put anchor links (closest ive got is a list banner slideshow but i cant put the anchor links)

Can anyone help me with which widgets and custom css would rock my world.

Do you mean that when we click on above images, the below texts change accordingly?
